Live WEBINAR

No one taught you anything about the menopause transition.

Let's Change That.

From Surviving to Strategizing: Your Plan for Perimenopause and Beyond

"It was transformative information and I'm also never going to shut up about it, probably." — Micky, workshop attendee

Does this sound familiar?

• Waking up at 3am for no reason you can explain and lying there for hours

• Losing words mid-sentence. Forgetting why you walked into a room.

• Mood that feels borrowed from someone else. More anxious, more irritable, more flat

• Brought it up with your doctor and left feeling more dismissed than when you walked in

You are not behind. You just haven't had the right information or the right plan. That's what this strategy session is designed to give you.

What You'll Leave With:

The Menopause Transition Action Plan — four steps to understanding what's happening, addressing it medically, building the lifestyle changes that actually support you, and making them stick. Here's what that looks like.

  • Step One: Get Informed — What's actually happening in your body, why so many symptoms show up at once, and why perimenopause catches most women completely off guard.

  • Step Two: Address it Medically — Your treatment options — hormonal and non-hormonal — and how to advocate for yourself with a provider.

  • Step Three: Build Your Lifestyle Strategy — Six targeted pillars that support your body through this transition. Optimize systems, don't chase symptoms.

  • Step Four: Make it Stick — A personalized plan and a guide to help you implement it. Because implementation is where information finally turns into results.

Meet Your Guide: Julie Parana

At 42, I had a hysterectomy with ovaries left intact and was told my hormones wouldn't be affected. Within weeks I had brain fog, mysterious rashes, vertigo, and plantar fasciitis. I bounced from specialist after specialist, who treated each symptom in isolation. No one connected the dots.

When the hot flashes started, I asked for hormone testing. The message back in my patient portal: "You're postmenopausal. That explains your symptoms." That was it. No guidance, no plan.

I researched everything, got the right support, and eventually felt better than I had in years. Then I got angry that no one taught us any of this— and got certified.

  • MS, OTR/L — Licensed Occupational Therapist, 20+ years of experience
  • Certified Women's Health Specialist
  • Certified Menopause Coach
  • Founder, The Menopause OT

"I've been to four doctors in the past two years and left every appointment more confused than when I walked in. In 75 minutes with Julie, I finally understood what was happening and what to do about it." — Menopause Empowerment Session client

Questions:

Q: I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause yet. Is this still for me? Yes. Perimenopause is a clinical diagnosis made on symptoms, not a lab value or a specific age. If something feels off and you're in your late 30s or 40s, that's your signal. It's always good to be prepared!

Q: Will there be a replay? Yes — all registered attendees receive the replay link by email.

Q: Is this a sales pitch? It's a real, content-rich strategy session first. You'll leave with the Menopause Transition Action Plan whether or not you choose to book a session with me. At the end I'll share how I work with women one-on-one, because some people will want that, but the webinar stands completely on its own.

You don't have a plan yet. But you will.

Join us live on June 17th and leave with a framework that finally makes sense of what's happening and a clear picture of what to do about it.
